I have worked with DMC since they started and over that time, Michael and the rest of the team have continuously pushed to provide labour solutions when we have been peak loading, needing technical skills to support a particular operational requirement or general support with onboarding new team members at short notice. There is a particular instance that still resonates with me today, where the DMC team, who were working with us on a large project, were demobilising from site after a long period away from home, unfortunately another client suffered a major breakdown that required urgent assistance. Metso was able to work with DMC to get an appropriately skilled team together to support that clients breakdown by re-calling some of their team that had only just landed in Perth for a break. Naturally, Michael rewarded his team members appropriately for their commitment and the job was executed safely with Metso and DMC team members. This is a good example of the flexibility and understanding that the DMC team have and demonstrate of the industry requirements on us to support our clients.
